CONTEST: KZOZ’s “COUPLE THAT ROCKS”

GRAND PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Four pack of tickets to Kid Rock at the California Mid-State Fair on Thursday July 17th.

SECONDARY PRIZE DESCRIPTION: A pair of tickets to Kid Rock at the California Mid-State Fair on Thursday July 17th.

Listeners qualify for a chance to win by either: A) Registering a photo online at kzoz.com/contest page or B) by voting at the link at kzoz.com/contest

6. Eligibility Restrictions:

a. Employees of the station, American General Media Inc., its corporate licensees, its parent, are not eligible to enter.

b. Qualifiers/winners must be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

c. Winner or member of his/her immediate family must not have won any prize valued at more than $100 from the station in 30 days.

d. Only one qualifier per family or household.

e. Winners birth date information and eligibility must be confirmed with a valid Social Security number, valid driver’s license

7. Miscellaneous:

a. By participating, each participant and winner waive any and all claims of liability against KZOZ, and participating

b. Contestants must reside in the KZOZ listening area to participate in this contest.

c. The station may, in its sole discretion, change or substitute prize(s) of similar (or greater value) than promised prize(s).

d. Payment of all Fees, Federal taxes, State Taxes and local taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner(s).

e. Winners are required to sign an IRS Form 1099.

f. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or media.

g. Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $500.00 or greater.

I. Subsidiary and affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising agencies, all media in the KZOZ coverage area, any participation sponsors and members of immediate families are not eligible.

II. The parent or guardian becomes liable for possession of the GRAND PRIZE(S) and all due taxes and requirements in the last 30 days.

III. Positive photo identification must match exactly the information used during contest.

IV. Contest sponsors, its employees and agents, are not responsible for any personal injury and/or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in the contest, or from the use of any prize.

V. The station is not responsible if any prize(s) awarded becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the station’s control.

VI. Prize(s)won are not transferable, and no substitutions may be made. Unclaimed prizes become the property of the Station.

VII. The winner(s) agree to have broadcasting material relating to this contest and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

VIII. The winner agrees to pick up their prize, which includes the provision of transportation, whether or not American General Media provides such transportation.

IX. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold American General Media its corporate license parent corporation and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.

h. The decisions of the Stations’ Management with respect to the contest are final.

i. Approximate odds of winning: Based on total number of contest participants.

j. Failure to comply with contest rules will result in contestant’s disqualification.

k. American General Media reserves the right to make changes in each contest, which will be effective upon announcement

m. These contest rules are available for public inspection at the Station’s studio during normal business hours. A copy of these are available by the station. Upon winning a contest prize valued at $500.00 or more, the winner is ineligible to win any prize from the station for one calendar year.
